By booking a session or hiring me for development work, you accept these terms. They apply between you (the client) and Ernesto Murrugarra operating as murru.dev.

The discovery session is a paid 45-minute video call. Price is $50 USD for clients in Argentina and $100 USD for clients abroad. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

During the session you receive a working prototype, a diagnosis, and a build plan. The session fee is credited in full toward your first sprint if you hire me within 60 days.

You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the session. If you cancel within 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable. If I cancel, you get a full refund or a new slot — your choice.

Sprint work is billed at a fixed weekly rate agreed in writing before the sprint starts. Deliverables, scope, and what counts as "done" are documented in Notion. Either side can end the engagement at the end of any sprint.

Once a sprint is paid, all source code, documentation, and assets produced for you are yours. I retain the right to mention the project in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Anything you share before, during, or after the session is treated as confidential. I'm happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.

I do my best to ship secure, well-documented code, but I can't guarantee software will be free of bugs. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between us before escalating.

Session payments are taken at the time of booking via MercadoPago (Argentina) or Deel (international clients). Sprint work is invoiced weekly through the same platforms. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

International clients are onboarded via Deel. A sprint contract is generated from a standard template, reviewed, and signed through Deel's platform before any work begins. Argentine clients receive an equivalent document via email.

By booking a session you consent to receive booking confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp Business. This is limited to transactional messages related to your booking. Sprint communication happens via Discord once a contract is signed. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP.
